our client, a luxury winelands boutique hotel, is looking to appoint a seasoned hotel professional with outstanding management skills and extensive hands-on experience.
the general manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, from day-to-day staff management to guest satisfaction. you will serve as an ambassador for the brand and the hotel, providing leadership and strategic planning to all departments. this role ensures that service culture is upheld, operations are maximized, and guest satisfaction is achieved. the general manager works closely with hotel owners and other stakeholders.
