wine club manager

the goal of this position is to nurture & develop the customer base and increase wine sales through this platform. you will manage online interactions, execute orders, follow up on service delivery, integrate with the rest of the team and provide your customer base with opportunities, great products and exclusive offerings.
you will extend the brand experience by close interaction with the tasting room and eatery. whilst you will not be responsible for the running of the hospitality, you will engage to ensure that guests feel welcome & tended to in a way that will make them loyal return customers.
responsibilities (but not limited to):
• roll out wine club and create engagement
• create new ideas on growing involvement, loyalty and brand experience
• build relationships with customers
• guide and assist customers through the wine selection and sales process
• proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to encourage repeat business
• keep records of customer sales/interactions etc
requirements:
• wine sales and customer service experience is a must
• wine knowledge / wine industry experience
• warm, approachable and efficient communication skills
• technically astute and confident in your ability to function within the ecommerce environment
