you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of winemaking, ensuring the highest standards of integrity and quality at every stage. this is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives on being deeply involved in every facet of the winemaking journey.
key responsibilities:
• lead and manage the full winemaking process
• collaborate closely with our viticulturist on vineyard decisions and management
• maintain an unwavering focus on quality and authenticity
• represent the brand both locally and internationally
requirements:
• proven winemaking experience, ideally with cool-climate varietals
• a strong understanding of vineyard management and sustainable practices
• a passion for terroir-driven wines
• excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanour
• a genuine enthusiasm for brand storytelling and engagement
